From Aspiring to Inspiring

Course Introduction

From Aspiring to Inspiring helps managers unlock their full potential — and bring their people with them.

This is a practical, people-focused programme for managers at any stage of their leadership journey. Whether you’ve had no formal training, inherited a tricky team, or just want to manage in a more human and effective way — this course is for you.

You’ll learn how to manage yourself and others with clarity, confidence, and compassion — without needing to fake it, burn out, or become someone you’re not.

Before & Between Sessions

We believe great learning doesn’t just happen in the session itself. It’s the space before and between that builds depth, reflection, and real change.

Before the course begins, you’ll receive:

  • A login to complete the MindTime® online assessment.
  • A short pre-course questionnaire to reflect on your current strengths and challenges
  • A Course on a Page overview to help set expectations
  • An optional coaching-style conversation to explore your goal

Between sessions, you’ll be encouraged to:

  • Try out new tools in real life
  • Use the optional worksheets or journal prompts
  • Connect with others (where cohort-based) for shared insight and support
  • Reflect on what’s shifting and what’s still stuck
